01 / START HERE

01 — Submit the work.

The process starts with a defined engineering task. Tell us what needs to be done and provide the relevant requirements, CAD files, drawings, BOMs, or documentation.

The first step is to contact Andenox. After we confirm a legitimate opportunity, we provide the appropriate project submission process.

Once the project is approved, Andenox executes the defined engineering work independently.

You define the engineering objective. We handle the execution.

Your team provides the objective, requirements, constraints, and relevant engineering information. Andenox provides execution, CAD/model updates, drawing updates, BOM/documentation updates, and reasonable engineering judgment within the defined scope.

Your engineers stay focused on higher-value engineering work while Andenox handles the defined execution.

Andenox can work directly within a customer’s PDM/PLM environment when access is provided. Integration is preferred, but not required.

ANDX / CHANGE CONTROL

What happens when something changes?

We keep the distinction clear and professional: corrections to Andenox’s work are handled at no additional project cost, while changes to requirements, deliverables, or project scope are treated as new work and quoted separately.

ANDENOX ERROR

CORRECTION / NO ADDITIONAL PROJECT COST

If Andenox made an error, the work is corrected at no additional project cost.

CUSTOMER SCOPE CHANGE

NEW REQUIREMENT / NEW SCOPE / NEW QUOTE

If the customer changes the scope, the new requirement is reviewed and quoted separately.

ANDX / OPERATING MODEL

Built to require minimal management.

Andenox is designed to work as an extension of your engineering team—not another task that requires constant supervision.

You define the objective, provide requirements, answer necessary questions, and approve scope. Andenox scopes the work, executes independently, reviews deliverables, communicates when clarification is needed, and delivers completed work.
